I’ve spent ten years working in various of in-house and agency internal communication and project management roles before setting up Helen Deverell Communications in 2016. Most recently working in-house at Grant Thornton, I’ve also delivered projects for Royal Mail Group, 3i, Tesco, ScottishPower, Barclays, Pinsent Masons, Oxford University Press, and The World Gold Council.

I’m a committee member of CIPR Inside and in 2017 was involved in conducting research into how CEOs value internal communication. I also help organise the Institute of Internal Communication’s (IoIC) annual conference as well as judge awards for the IoIC and the European Association of Internal Communication (FEIEA).
