Storytelling with Chuck Chats

This week I had the honour of chatting to the excellent Chuck Gose as part of his regular Chuck Chats series.

The topic was storytelling – Chuck asked me to take part after reading my blog about how internal communication brought me closer to my grandad. Through the wonder of Google Docs, we had a virtual conversation (Chuck is based in the US) which covered what makes a good storyteller, what makes a compelling story, plus our role as trusted advisers, measurement and whether or not we need that seat at the top table.
